Lotus Valley Golf Resort’s clubhouse and facilities are first class and the golf course is playable for golfers of all skill levels.

The original Gary Player layout, one of the few courses the South African designed in Asia, was redesigned by Jon Morrow and Turf Pro Golf’s Craig Bertram about four years ago, keeping the original routing, and enhanced by Bertram’s re-shaping of the green complexes. Lotus Valley re-opened to rave reviews and has gained in popularity for those expecting top quality conditions.

The golf course has two current loops of nine holes adding up to a championship length of 6,955 yards from the tips and a par 72. Rolling fairways and strategic bunkering around the greens provides for many exciting hole locations. Friendly approach areas at the front of each green will accept a lower ball flight, making it fair for everyone. True to Player's style and in leaning towards the traditional Scottish design, close cut fairways and fringes feature around the greens.

The best par 3 is the eighth hole, which can play up to 212 yards from the pro tees or as short as 113 from the forward (red) tees. Either location demands a solid shot to carry the water. The number 1 handicap hole at Lotus Valley is hole number 6, a par 4 that plays 437 yards. 

Lotus Valley Golf Resort’s clubhouse has been carefully designed to meet all the needs of a golfer expecting 5-star services, facilities and food. The facilities include a Golf Boutique Shop, private meeting and dining rooms, VIP locker rooms and the very popular Japanese hot baths.
